Rates 
Current nightly rates for the condo are as follows (all rates are in U.S. Dollars):

2012
$159/night  April 1 - December 21, 2012
$259/night  December 22 - January 3, 2013
2013
$179/night January 4 - December 21, 2013
$279/night December 22 - January 3, 2014


Note that these rates do not include a standard cleaning fee of $150 (plus tax) or State of Hawaii taxes.  See our terms and conditions for more information.

Please note that we require a $300 deposit to reserve your dates.  This is fully refundable, provided there is no damage to the condo during your stay.
